Omschrijving

Key Responsibilities
● Installation & Commissioning:
Perform on-site installation, setup of new lab instruments
● Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning equipment.
● Diagnosis & Repair:
Identify and resolve complex technical issues on a variety of electronic, mechanical, and software-based systems.
● Validation & Qualification:
Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) services for customers in regulated environments.
● Customer Training:
Provide clear and effective training to lab personnel on the proper use and basic maintenance of the equipment.
● Documentation:
Maintain meticulous records of all service visits, repairs, and installations.
● Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with the customers

Profiel

● A technical degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience as a Field Service Engineer preferably with laboratory or medical equipment.
● Strong troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, and fluidics.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for training and technical documentation.
